Services include property management, asset management, and development for a wide variety of projects. including office buildings, condominium projects and approximately 1,000 subsidized apartment units located throughout Southern New England. Subsidy programs include federal programs such as, LIHTC, Section 8, Section 236, Section 221(d) 3 and state programs, such as, State Rental Subsidy and Youth Resident Activity Programs. Initially, the company's management services were performed exclusively for the Dimeo family real estate portfolio. In 1996, Mr. Dimeo bought Ryan Elliott Management Company, a third-party management firm serving commercial properties in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Since then, the company continued to attract a reputation for timely financial reports and flexible, courteous staff. Before Dimeo Properties, Mr. Dimeo held various positions with Dimeo Construction in field engineering, estimating, construction management, and real estate development. Mr. Dimeo has also been a principal in several real estate developments including rehabs and new construction projects.
