With child obesity becoming an epidemic in our country, our practice also offers the services of a licensed nutritionist. Private nutrition counseling is available to children, adolescents, and their families to assist with issues such as managing your child’s food allergies, poor growth, gastrointestinal conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, constipation or diarrhea, obesity, infant feeding issues, or behavioral problems with food.

Margiotti & Kroll Pediatrics, PC was founded in 2001 by Drs. Gerard Margiotti and Barry Kroll. Both having had many years of prior experience, it was their desire to establish a private practice dedicated to “modern care with old fashioned caring.” Under their direction, and with the help of highly qualified, dedicated staff, the practice has become among the most respected in Bucks County.

Margiotti & Kroll Pediatrics prides itself in providing convenient and timely access to our patients when they need us. It is our hope that by offering this access, our patients will not be forced to seek fragmented care at an urgent care center or local emergency department for illnesses that should be treated within your child’s medical home.

Our licensed psychologist is available for consultation and treatment of many behavioral health concerns including anxiety, depression, bereavement, behavior issues, self-esteem difficulties, and parent-child relationships. She is available to provide consultation on parenting strategies as well. To complement our behavioral health counseling services, we also offer the services of a highly experienced licensed school psychologist specializing in the evaluation and diagnosis of neurologically-based conditions including learning disabilities, ADD/ADHD, Autism, PDD and Asperger’s Syndrome. Intelligence and memory testing is also available.

Our practice is pleased to offer the highly experienced skills of an in-house lactation consultant. This service is to help new moms with the challenges of nursing their newborn. Lactation consulting can be both a rewarding and much needed support for mothers trying to provide their newborns with optimal nutrition. Our consultant specializes in issues such as mastitis, nipple infection, failure to latch on, plugging into community support, multiple births, use of pumps, and nursing issues related to past breast surgery or breast augmentation.
