We are having a terrible experience with ARMI. We hired them to manage our townhouse. They failed to give the tenant the hang tags for parking and her car was towed. They claim it is her responsibility because she received a copy of the parking rules. So, she was supposed to read the parking rules and ASK them to give her the hang tags? That is like expecting her to ASK for the keys to the townhouse that she is renting. We hired ARMI because they were managing the HOA and we thought that would make things easier, but they are not even managing the HOA anymore. We are stuck with these clowns for 8 more months and then I am going to manage the place myself.
