Better Hearing Care Center Inc

I dont think this place is reliable. It takes forever to get through to talk to as live person, always get the voice mail that says they are either with a patient or on another line. I called them for an appointment on a Friday, left a message to call me at their convenience. I didnt get a call back from them til early Monday morning. I made the appointment anyway ffor Tuesday May 17th, tried to call with a question about that day's appointment but kept getting the voicemail again. I went ahead and canceled, they seemed very untrustworty, unreliable. Does anyone actually work here? If so, please get a receptionist and answer the darn phone!
