Stonebridge Restaurant

I was at the Niles Cortland Rd location with my family last evening for dinner. There were 16 of us. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. The 2 young ladies that served our table were wonderful. I want to give special recognition to Dina. She was very professional and treated me/us very special. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to others. I want to thank them for making our dinner so pleasant.

My meal was not complete and the waitress had to be reminded 3 times about the missing components. Was very disappointed and will not be back. Manager didn't apologize and we were charged the full price.

If you are thinking of going to Stonebridge and able to make the drive to the boardman location, then I highly suggest to go to the boardman one and NOT this one in warren! We loved this restaurant in boardman so we were excited to check out the new one in Warren. We were very highly disappointed! The service was beyond horrible on every level! Sadest part was when i asked to speak to the manager and she came out to the table, she was just as horrible! Didn't even apologize or explain if there was a problem or reason why the food (burgers) took 1 hour to cook when we were the only table in the dining area, wasn't checked on the entire time, didn't even get water filled or bread for Christ sake when it comes with meals! We will never return here again and I'll be sure to make sure everyone I know gets directed to the boardman location instead of this one. You can thank your lovely service and horrible inexperienced manager for that one too!
