This business is horrible they sold us a washer a few days later it was making loud noises, and shaking the house we called time after time and they said someone would fix it weeks later someone shows up and said they fixed it two days later when we had laundry to do we heard the same noise and banging and we called back time after time they said they would fix it even if it was past their 90 day warranty by the time they got out to fix it it was past the 90 days and then which was about a month or so after they said they would be there we had to go up to the business to get someone out to our home. They come tell us what was wrong said he had to talk to his boss and would be back the next day to fix it. When he didn't show up we called to find out why and they told us that since the warranty was over and they had been under management for 4 days they would charge us more than we paid for the washer to fix it this place is horrible they were rude and hung up on me several times. i would rate this place a zero if i could.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE RUDE AND VERY DISHONEST! I PURCHASED A WASHER FROM THEM ON A SATURDAY. ON MONDAY THE PUMP WENT OUT ON THE WASHER AND IT WOULDN'T DRAIN. WHEN I CALLED I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO BRING IT BACK TO BE REPAIRED BECAUSE I MUST HAVE BROKE IT WHEN I PICKED IT UP TO TAKE IT TO MY HOME! HOW CRAZY IS THAT AND IT WOULD BE ANOTHER $45 FOR THEM TO COME TO MY HOUSE AND MAKE THE REPAIR. I HAD TO CALL AN HONEST REPAIR MAN TO FIX MY WASHER THAT I PAID $200 FOR. THE OWNER KELLY WAS A COMPLETE JERK ALONG WITH HIS STAFF! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR APPLIENCES GO SOME PLACE ELSE UNLESS YOU WANT CRAP PRODUCT FOR YOUR MONEY!
