The owner was very thorough and congenial, nice person! Very determined to do the best job and make the customer satisfied. Great job and service as other more expensive and recognized larger carpet companies for a much better value. Our carpet did buckle and had the same wetness as did before when using Modernistic and other companies but settled after completely dry as usual. Had used the same equipment as other large truck mount services. I called him a couple days later to see if he wouldn't mind coming out to go over some darker areas seen once it dried, since our carpet is 25 yrs. old and we have four cats. He then called me to come out the following week to rectify those heavily soiled traffic areas and went over them thoroughly!! Carpet looks great!

I searched on the internet for hours for someone to dry clean my 3 piece sectional, chair and rug in my living room. Needless to say every business that I called quoted me some ridiculous prices and time frames. That is until I contacted Mr. Madison. Not only did Mr. Madison give me a fair price but he was very knowledgable about fabrics and also the age of my furniture. Mr. Madison completed my living room within an hour.
