Media Makers, unfortunately, takes advantage of its incarcerated customers, who don't have much to begin with. A customer ordered & paid for a compilation of Nightwish tunes on 5/12/10. Despite several written requests, no product has been shipped. Word of mouth advertising is definitely hurting this company, deservedly so.



This customer will now be contacting the BBB, as others have had to do. It's the only time Media Makers responds.
