Elks Lodge

I cannot believe that a lodge would come and vandalize horseshoe pits that paying members have maintained over the years. The Board of Directors held “secret” meetings, harassed the standing E.R. (a woman who is extremely passionate about the future of this lodge) and made it impossible for us to continue our horseshoe league. This will be the last time I step foot on this property since the Board of Directors at this lodge location have an issue with having a woman in a leadership role. This lodge has gone out of their way to discourage new members and growing this location. I’m disgusted to have been associated with Elks Lodge 2292 because of the actions of the Board of Directors when we have continuously made sure we were following the proper guidelines to be here.
