American Eagle Collision & Repair

I took my vehicle into this shop because a friend told me of them. I dropped my car off and my adjuster came out and wrote an estimate and left a 2 party check with them. The minute the adjuster left they forged my name on the check and went to Wally's Party Store in Hantramck and got it cashed. They kept telling me there working on the car for 2 days then they told me there was a problem with the claim. I called my insurance company the next day and was told the check wass left with them and it was cashed at the party store. I picked up my car that hadn't been touched and went to the Warren Police Department and they are investigating iit.

This place is the worst collision and do not have customer experiece and are very rude to customers. They write out bad checks and are going out of business. The work done on the vehicles are horrible and they do not have proffesionals or expiernced mechanics working on customers vehicles. They are the biggest crooks and known to be the biggest thiefs. All the insurance companies know about this collision and they are flagged. Warning to everyone DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHCILE TO THIS SHOPP. THEY ARE VERY DANGEROUS PEOPLE ESPECIALLY THE 3 BIG FAT GUYS WHO SIT DOWN IN THE OFFICE ALL DAY AND SMOKE THIER DISGUSTING CIGGRETTES! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WE NEED TO GET THESE IDIOTS OUT OF THERE.

To all vendors-Beware working with this company. They knowingly write out checks on closed accounts. As we are currently in processing fraudulent claims with the Warren, MI Police department.

horrible service dont speak english i had to take my car to the dealership to refix it and shop is under investigation it it took my insuarance 3 weeks to ok my claim because of shop past experiance with state farm insuarance
