Elements Therapeutic Massage

First of all I would like to say that we are very apologetic that you did not enjoy your massage here at our studio. We do our best to make sure that our clients are satisfied, that is why upon all out intake forms we do state " If you have any concerns at any time before, during, or after your massage please let your therapist or a staff member know. Feel free to contact us at anytime so that we can help you better enjoy the elements experience." We have 8 therapist on staff and they all have their own technique. During the first massage we try to place you with the therapist that may best fit your needs. Since this is your first massage the therapist uses this as an assessment usually trying to see what you may benefit more from. Our therapist do understand that not everyone will like their massage, and therefore will reccommend you be seen with another therapist. I will let you know that if there are time and gender of therapist restraints placed by you when setting a massage that may interfere with you receiving the best massage made to suit your specific needs. There also are some things that may not be able to be worked out in one session due to the possilbility of injuring the muscle.
