I visited this morning for a consultation for laser tattoo removal. While I was filling out paperwork in the waiting room, I overheard one of the front desk personnel on the phone with a patient. When she hung up the phone, she turned to the other two women behind the counter and proceeded to laught about how "Stupid" the woman on the phone was. I tore up the paperwork, told these women that it isn't very professional to bad-mouth a patient when other patients can hear you, and left. I will find a facility that is staffed by professionals, even if it means driving extra miles.
