        I would have to agree that they know what they are doing. But leaving things to see if a customer notices the mistake is not professional in my opinion. Took three attempts for them to do a simple paint job correctly. Honesty and integrity means a lot to me. You won't find either here.

        Terrible customer service, promised my daughters car to be done in 3 days, received text updates from them stating car would be ready on Friday at 1600, so thought, ok a few days wont matter. Got a text saying car was ready to be picked up, teenage daughter went to pick it up (I was out of the country), when she arrived, the place was closed for Black Friday (I guess this is a federal holiday for them). Obviously customer service is not important to them, as they should have called on Wednesday to say the car was ready. Not a professional organization at all.

        Randy's Collision is a wonderful local shop to do business with. Everyone is very friendly and if you ever find yourself in an accident needing repair work Randy's should be the only place you call.
