York Road Auto Glass

I had scheduled an appointment for them to put in a windshield. The first appointment was cancelled due to them getting behind on work. They apparently arrived for the second appointment, but I missed the call. They never left me a message when they arrived at my house, so I had no way of knowing who had called. I finally had called back, and was told a gasket needed to be ordered which is something I had mentioned at least two times prior. I had scheduled the appointment in such a way that the gasket would've arrived, but I found out one was never ordered.

Bad experience. I have ordered toptop glass from this company 3 times and on 2 of the 3 the office girls were nasty. I brushed it off the first time but after poor service as well on the 3rd thought I should post. Not only was the girl abrupt, irritable and unkind...but when I innocently called to ask if the tops were done she slammed the phone down on me. Puts a very bad face on the company, and she was young too! It's a shame because when you are mean to the public, that unkindness invades all aspect of one's life. Aside from that, was told the tabletops would be ready in a week but after 4 weeks I gave up on them. (...and I was scared to call and ask if they were ready again!) Maybe they will like you if you are male..........

I can usually judge a business by the type of person handling the phone. Denise was unbelievably friendly and accommodating. Immediately I had a good feeling. Unbeknownst to me, I didn't have to go anywhere, they came to me! We made the appointment. Two very nice technicians showed up. The window was installed. They did a great job! Hopefully I will not need to have another windshield replaced, but if I do, there's only one person getting my business!!

From glass to motor replacement, this place is number 1 in my books. I live in lansdale, and still use York Road Auto Glass for ALL my service needs. Bill and Rich DEFINETLY know what they are talking about at a great price! Dont be fooled by other mechanics with their high prices and not-need services. Just ask for Bill and tell him Victor sent you :-)
