NAPA The Parts Shack

I used to go to Auto Zone in Lacey until 9/4 when I called to pay for a coolant over flow tank. 3 times I called and 3 times a female, didn't get her name, all I got was "Thank you for calling Auto Zone Ja - click" I got hung up on. I was furious! The 4th time I called I got a male he told me to hold on, so I did then I heard "Hello this is Ja- click". That was the last straw. I went to call the corporate office and complain, when a customer came in. My customer said you seem upset, I told her why, her husband said "go right here in town to Napa they are great".



After they left I did call Napa, and my customers were right they were great. I got my part 8 am the very next morning, I am sure it was there earlier. Not only was it there in less than 24 hours, not only did I not have to wait 2 days to get it, it was $40 CHEAPER!! Yes $40 cheaper than Auto Zone, and that was with the tax added in. Auto Zone wanted $115 for the part and wait 2 days to get it, Napa wanted $70 and I ordered it late in the afternoon and picked it up early the very next morning, no waiting and saved money.



You can bet I will NOT be going to Auto Zone or Advanced Auto ever again.
