Wappingers Falls Beekman Taxi

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL SERVICE!! Seems to be operating as Call-a-Cab, Wappingers Falls. Couldn't give them a zero star rating so had to give 1 star! Booked a cab to Newburgh Airport. When it hadn't arrived 5 min after appointed time we phoned to ask when it would come. "A few minutes" was the reply. This was repeated every 5 or 10 min for 40 minutes!!! The final excuse was that the driver went the opposite way. Blamed it on the GPS!!! Eventually tiurned up 40 minutes late. We did manage to catch our plane but we got very stressed waiting. AVOID THIS OUTFIT.

Good during the day. Amatuers is a compliment for them when it comes to night. Our taxi was given to someone else and the lady hung up on us when we asked for an explanation! You're better walking than dealing with rude, clueless, disrepectful people such as these!

THEY KEPT ME ON THE PHONE FOR 15 MINUTES AND COULDN'T GIVE A RATE. THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IF I HAD CALLED OR IF THEY HAD CALLED ME. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
