When did it become policy to honk the horn when p/u school students? Traditionally (last I heard) students are expected to be outside waiting for the bus when the time comes. Called company to inquire about policy and was laughed at- good customer service... Would have appreciated a more courteous response and consideration for the community in reviewing company policy. While I know it is important for children to get to school, feel that these children should be held to same standard as other children on tradition public school buses.

Is this too much to expect, or do we really live in a community where this is not a reasonable request?
