        By Appointment Only.

        After driving over 50 miles to get there, I was told that "this is by appointment only." I informed them that the newspaper ad does NOT state that. They said "That's why we don't put the address in the ad so people will call and make an appointment." They refused to do business on this day even after I showed them their address from YellowPages.Com. Their reaction was "I didn't know that you could get the address that way."



        They told me that I could make an appointment and come back next week and they would do business with me. When I pointed out that the ad had a cutoff date of this Saturday, they said that they would carry it over to next week just for me.
