Unlimited Repossessions

This was a horrible company to deal with. We had our RV repossessed which we knew was happening. We were more than willing to hand it over but they still came at 1a. Because there was so much ice and snow around the camper it took four hours for them to get to it. That meant a huge amount of noise and disrruption for our neighborhood. Which all could have been avoided if they had just come during the daytime. We contacted them the next day as we still had a few items left in the RV. I went to their wallingford location, paid $55 to get access to my RV only to find they stole our Fire and Ice grill. The other items (that had little value) were still there but the grill was gone. After many complaints and emails back and forth with their customer non-service department I have no recourse to get back the value or the grill. I am extremely unhappy with this company and felt they could have handled this much differently.
