Yang's Kitchen Chinese Restaurant

Visited the establishment, to be greeted by some boy that had no business in the food service industry. My son had knocked his fork onto the floor, off the table, in a high traffic area next to the buffet, and then what? The server picked the fork up, and instead of retrieving a new one, placed it back onto my sons napkin. I was livid. I sought out the manager and voiced my opinion there is more, but to make it short, don't go here.
