        best Campground in Townsend

        We love this place. The bath house is the best ever! So clean and you get a private room. The sites are nice and wide, easy to get into. I can't want to go back.

        GREAT PLACE TO CAMP

        I simply love Misty River Rv Resort! I will return year after year just to come to this campsite. It's EXTREMELY CLEAN ... well taken care of. People are super friendly and it's just beautiful down in the valley. It just might be one of TN hidden little secrets ........ but I'm telling all the camping world ~ it's a perfect spot while spending time in the Smokies.

        I have stayed at Misty several times ( I only live 20 miles away) and I find it an extremly nice place to camp. The shower area is always spotless and I mean spotless. They are a young camp ground and going through some transitions, such as planting trees etc. If you want a nice quiet place to relax and stroll along the river, this is it.
