Camp Wesley Woods offers a wide variety of programs in areas, including Christian, environmental and adventure education, and summer camping. The camp offers weekend retreat opportunities and programs. Camp Wesley Woods, located in Townsend, Tenn., is owned and operated by the United Methodist Church. Wesley Woods has been serving campers since 1960. Wesley Woods has been conducting environmental education programs for schools throughout the Southeast since 1984. A large number of children and adults participate in outdoor living programs at the camp each year. It also offers academic programs and an experienced staff with various facilities and natural resources. The camp also offers evening programs, such as night hikes, folk dancing, and various natural history presentations. It also offers a complete range of high adventure activities.
