        I am highly disappointed with Ken-Way. I requested that they clean out the sewer from my house to the street, since I was having various problems. They continued to tell me I don't need that and cleaned out each toilet. Soon after, I had my washing machine discharge clogged and water ran everywhere, through the walls, down the HVAC vent, through the walls downstairs. I called again and requested the same service. They did not finish the job, only cleaning out one access point. I called again and I continued to get an obstinate response. Now I need another service to come out and finish the job, costing me triple the time and twice the price. I cannot recommend this service to anyone!
