During my first time stopping in the receptionist were extremely helpful. They reviewed my insurance information and informed me of the exact benefits I receive. My insurance has no deductible for a specific line of frames, but some eye specialists only carry a select few. I was able to look at 3 full cases and even picked 2 pairs that I liked. They documented them on my account so I wouldn't have to track them down again. Before I left I was able to set up an appointment for an exam for the next day. I was able to fill out my medical history form later online at my convince to save time.



When I arrived for my appointment I was seen promptly and had a friendly experience with everyone I interacted with. After the exam I confirmed the pair of frames I wanted, paid my bill and left. The entire process took less than an hour.



When my frames were ready I received a text message from them informing me they were available for pick up. I walked in, tried them on, and left in less than 10 min. Again everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. My family and I will be using Weinstein Eye Associates for a long time to come.
