Top Nails

I was invited out for a pedicure by a friend to our usual spot, but upon arriving the place was a little busy. So we decided to go to Top Nail instead because she had been there in the past. Top Nail is a smaller nail salon. It's quite, clean, and very reasonable. Pleasantly surprised. I will definitely consider in the future.

TIP: There may be a wait due to being a smaller nail salon with limited staff. Also, no children are allowed for those customers who prefer a more quite experience.

CHEAP PEELING GEL POLISH AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!



On Sunday, June 8th 2015, I decided to try a smaller salon closer to home. I got a gel fill. The first thing I noticed was the gentleman immediately began speaking Vietnamese to the man next to him the entire time. The more expensive spas don't do this because it is considered to be rude. I sat through the process as the tech proceeded to file my nails to death for 30 minutes including my poor cuticles. I decided to get two different colors on every other nail. I paid tipped and left.



The VERY next day the gel began to peel off every other nail. The soonest I could make it back to the salon was that Wednesday after work. I came in and explained that the other color must have been defective because the other color was still intact. I mean LITERALLY every other finger was chipped or peeling.



I sat down at the SAME chair I sat at three days prior. The SAME tech repaired the chipped/peeling nails. When I stood up to leave a woman behind the desk began to demand money from me. I explained to her that I was only there for them to repair the nails that THEY messed up. She then LIED and said she'd never seen me!!! Little did she know I KNEW her by first name. She proceeded to tell me that I had a "design" and needed to pay extra. She claimed to be the manager. I said JENNY I know who you are because you have worked in every salon in Waldorf! You were doing a pedicure when I was here. She can't keep a job because of her lack of customer service and professionalism. She continued to go back and forth with me repeatedly trying to squeeze money out of me.



I wouldn't let these rude, dishonest individuals paint my dogs nails!!

BAD SERVICE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO A BASIC NAIL DESIGN, RUSH THROUGH $70.00 + PEDICURES and to top off everything and Ginny HIT MY 10 yo DAUGHTER AND REFUSED TO APOLOGIZE.....
