        Avoid at all costs!

        I don't like to make big purchasing decisions without doing my homework. I had been to this dealer a few times in the past, and the same sales-sleeze always seemed to find me: Peter. This guy is RUDE. He lied about colors available for my first SAAB and quoted me more than $2,000 over what I paid for my second Saab at Village in Acton. I have since purchased two Saabs at Village in Acton --and Chris Campos is wonderful, honest and smart! To add insult to injury, I was recently shopping for a Volvo at 128 in Wakefield, and Peter gave me major attitude when I tried to negotiate a price for a used Volvo...why keep a guy at a dealership who has effectively lost the company three car sales? I could not believe that this guy was actually still at the dealership!



        If you have to go to 128, then do yourself a favor and see Alan...a really nice guy who happens to work for a rotten dealership.
