        Overall

        The person who did our inspection obviously goes way overboard. He could find nothing major so he nit picked small things. I got a chuckle when he said the flame on our range looked good. It's an electric unit. Smh. Also, I do refrigeration work for a living. He said by the looks of our unit we needed a new AC unit. Wonder if he checked subcompact and superheat? Beware of this company. He goes way overboard on small things and the potential buyers THINK he's doing a great job. And then they hire him to do another inspection. He's laughing all the way to the bank. Stay away from this company.

        Joe has no idea what he's doing. He's the reason the housing market is doing so poorly.

        Joe Glas did a thorough inspection of our well & septic systems & was very patient in explaining it all when we asked questions. Reasonably priced, highly recommend.
