I had a shirt I bought for my daughter and it didn't fit her. I lost the receipt, but I didn't want my money back. I wanted store credit or an even exchange. Old Navy has a new polo y, if you don't have a receipt they will mail you store credit through the mail. They won't allow you to exchange it for another of equal price or the same shirt. They won't give you store credit. You will get store credit through the mail in 10 days. When I was in line a gal was in there complaining about her store credit she never got the store credit in the mail. They keep your product, so if your store credit never comes in the mail they profited over your loss. I tried to call the store to talk with the manager. The phone rang for 3 hours with no answered.
