Sunny Supermarket

Sunny the owner is nice to talk to but he gouges you on the price of gas which can be up to ten cents cheaper down the road in Griswold, so I never get gas there unless I am on fumes and it is only enough to get me to the next affordable gas station 4 miles down the road. The price of his food items are more than what you pay even at Big Y , so if I am in a pinch I go to Dollar General for milk and bread and to the package store across the street for cheaper beer; I never buy food from here.

When the IGA closed in town all of his prices went up substantially, that's capitalism. When I used to get gas from there the women that work in the morning were never at the registrar they were out back or out front smoking while I waited to pay so I could pump the gas and get to work.

Also, I had a lottery ticket that was a winner and the girl that worked there told me that it was no good because it was a year old, so I tore it up and thew it in the trash, I then walked back in and noticed that she had taken it out of the can, so beware when you get your tickets checked!

Lastly, Sunny let;s these guys from a scam Veterans organization pan handle in front of the store called "Focus on the Vets" even though they are a non-profit they are not transparent and the money doesn't go to helping vets, like they give "free rides to the VA " and then ask the riders for a contribution!
