In response to "Abc 1" which was obviously made just for this, Id like to point out that if we buy our flowers, wouldn't we be carrying a ton of roses and a large variety of flowers? How can we buy roses wholesale but also never have roses? The reason we can't is because we actually do grow them locally. Which means sometimes they just aren't in season. Also, we never claim to be organic, so yes, the flowers get sprayed when they are being overrun by bugs. And only some flowers get sprayed, not all. We are a small family business, which means that sometimes we can't have as much variety and roses as we'd like to. Our farm is constantly inspected by the Department of Agriculture, to ensure that we are growing what we sell, and we always display our certificate provided by them. As for the tomatoes, they do get sprayed only if they get a bad bug or disease infestation, which is only once or twice a month depending on what they look like. We never make claims to be organic. Sorry you had a bad experience, but there is really no need to make accusations like that.

For a business with the word “Roses” in the title name, they often have very few to none “roses” when in need. They frequently buy most of their roses and flowers wholesale elsewhere. And they resale them at Farmer’s Markets and during the holidays. They do Farmer’s Markets in San Diego and Los Ángeles. By the way, if you’re looking for heirloom tomatoes, stay clear away from them. They will often lie or beat around the bush concerning their very, heavy pesticide use. They routinely over spray their very few grown flowers and all of their heirloom tomatoes. All in all, I am deeply disappointed with “Venegas Creek Roses” illegal and untrustworthy ways of doing business. So much for being a legit, locally grown, family business. For the sake of all customer’s hard earned money and legal, equal business practices in our nation, may someone please investigate them. “Venegas Creek Roses” needs to be held accountable for continuously breaking business and agriculture laws. To anyone who reads this review and cares, thank you for your time and consideration.
