It also provides 24-hour professional support, volunteer-based practical assistance, companionship and individualized interventions. It is a certified Medicare hospice and home care agency, a portion of the cost for care is covered by some private insurance companies. Tri-City Hospice is operated by the Tri-City Medical Center and located in Vista, Calif.
