Overall

I have never written a review on YELP before that being said, I feel its my obligation to alert the parents of the children that attend this location ( Vale Terrace Dr..

My Granddaughter is 9 months old, when her mother went to pick her up after work she noticed a scratch on her nose and that her eyes were puffy and dark, her lip on the inside had a spot of blood. She asked what happened with the reply of " I don't know" She asked where is the person that was caring for her she was told " she left for the day". Then she went to look for an "Ouch report" no where to be found.

The Mother left the daycare and on the way home noticed that it was getting worse around the eyes. She decided to take the baby to Radys hospital ( first time Mom and was concerned). The Doctor checked the baby out and said she seems to be okay, but they were reporting this to CPS( Child Protective Services). as the baby has facial trauma and bruising in the middle of her forehead, and lip cut.

The next day I take her and the baby back to the daycare for answers. I get "I dont know", Shrugged shoulders etc, then in the mix of the conversation I found out in a previous incident that my granddaughter was bitten! I asked where is the supervision? I was told by the director who states she just came back from training " biting is the way babies communicate" ( really?)

Was I upset? ( You better believe it) especially when she stated to give them another chance as they love her. Why? So the next time she can be missing a tooth or worse? I think not!!. I told her that the baby will not attend anymore. The director came back with " How do you know it happened here?" I said because her mother dropped her off at 8 with no marks, bruising or cut lip and at 5 pm time for pick up she has these injuries. She was in the daycare's care for 8 hours! ( really? Now we have a lack of accountability on the daycare part) I asked for the owners name and number, no return call to my message for her to call me back. ( you would think this is top priority since they love the baby so much)

Then I called Child Protective Services. CPS told me that they have a report already from the hospital, a case worker is going out to investigate and the licensing board will be contacted.

As for my beautiful granddaughter that no one can love more than us, is doing much better and is healing.

Parents please ensure your children especially the ones that are not able to speak for themselves are checked out and safe.

Please note I am NOT saying that they abused my granddaughter, what I AM saying is that I feel they neglected her and she has suffered from it.

If I could put negative stars, the rating would be -5

Is there a zero star choice?

Well, I am a single mom, no family around, work as a teacher and needed a place to leave my infant with someone I could trust. Children's Paradise was near my home, so I tried. But I learned soon that all they care about money.

They aren't clear about their contract and you need to read it carefully. We have not attended for three weeks and got charged $600 for nothing.

And even though their teachers seem to be caring, I believe there are just too many little ones per one nanny. My baby lost voice after being there for three days.
