        Overall

        I have a 2007 Saturn Ion, I received a GMC recall on the ignition. I called Giant to schedule an appointment but no one answered so I left a message. Called a week later n spoke to the service dept. I was told they would call me back to if they had the parts. They never called me back. I called today and again gad to leave a message. So I called Visalia Buick GMC and I have an appointment for Friday to fix my recall. Giant your customer service needs a recall!
