        I will never go back

        I went to go get a cell phone case all was well untill the guy working could not help me and had no idea what i was talking about. I finally got him to understand but he still had no idea how to do anything. He asked me if i wanted to try to put the screen protector on while he helped his customers so i did and when i put it on it would not go one properly and was scratched. The owner then insisted that he didnt want to give me my money back for a defected item. Now he will not answer his phone or return calls from customers. The guy workin then refunded me 5 dollars for this item. I am haveing and issue with getting my money back because i used my visa card. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
