        Guess their the same as always .i use to use them a lot but I would find small things missing no big deal at first change , glove compartment dash area moved around . Bright my wife's car there couple weeks ago for a tire .She had to remind when she got the car oh ya valve stem cover oops vanity cover stem. I brought my car in and oops all 4 valve stem covers missing. $ 20 there going to look for them but they replace the valve coves with .5cent caps No big deal again but I hope they find them valve cover that are vanity should be given back to the owner not thrown out as said but they will look for them. Will see in the morning

        I can only recommend this store. They were fast, reliable and really helpful. I came in late in the afternoon thinking that I may have to leave my van overnight. That was not the case. They put on new tires and filled up my oil, which I btw. had just done 1 day before by Jiffy Lube only to discover that they didn't fill my car with oil. Ouch... So Thank you Pep Boys for taking care of me. I'm so grateful. A big Thank you to James the manager who was exceptionally helpful. :)

        AWFUL!!! Go somewhere else!

        Took car there to replace brakes. I waited 3 hrs., was told it would take 1 1/2 hrs. They said it took long because they put the wrong pads on and he to get the correct ones. *red flag. After getting my vehicle back a burning smell was coming from rear. Took back in and caliper went out. They should have known that that I had bad caliper. My one year old daughter can do a better job then what they did!! I will never bring my vehicle there again!

        They stole $75 from me and fai...

        They stole $75 from me and failed my car for inspection. I had recently had body work done to my car and had to have my drivers side headlight replaced. They failed my light saying it wasnt adjusted correctly and that the adjustor was broken. I took my car back to the shop and told them what happened. Long story short........what they told me was broken wasnt even an adjustor. The shop hired another shop to do another inspection and It was passed. I'm never going to Pep Boys again!
