On Time Taxi

We had a taxi reserved from another company at the Hilton Garden Inn in VA Beach on the oceanfront because they has access to the navy base that we were going to. A lady that drove the On Time taxi van yelled at us that our taxi couldnt pick up there. What a very unprosessional company.

I love using On Time Taxi. Debbie is awesome, so friendly,professional, and always giving great discounts. She always focuses on helping us get to our destination early and on schedule. Great service!

Terrible. I called at 10 pm for an 11 am pickup the next day. At 11, no one showed up. Calling the company, dispatch for the day said he had to "call the guy who was working last night." They never called back, I had to drive and park at the airport or miss my flight. Unprofessional, disorganized and not to be trusted.

Fast, Dependable, and Affordable. Can't go wrong with them!

On time taxi is the best taxi service in Virginia Beach I have used a lot of cab services before from black and white to Kellie cab and on time is the only one who shows up on time is respectable to their customers and may I add are the cleanest so if you want a cab call on time taxi

I use On Time Taxi on a daily basis to and from work they are always on time and professional. I have used almost all cab companies in vb and they give me the best flat rate daily to work and when I call them for other rides they are always prompt. finally a cab company for the working person and not for the rich.
