No good at all. Carpet still wet!!!

We utilized Denise's services this past weekend and couldn't be happier. He was on-time, courteous and reasonably priced. And of course our carpets look amazing. Great find!

I cannot stop talking about the great experience I had with Denis from Magic Cleaning. He is extremely knowledgeable, timely as ever and does a fantastic job on carpet, tile and upholstery. I had him clean each....they all look magnificent (better than they ever have!). His pricing is extremely reasonable, and he works quickly. This is the ONLY flooring cleaning service I intend to use in the Hampton Roads area. You won't be disappointed!

Best Place to spend your money on carpet cleaning! The guy who came out was nice, and worked quickly but was very through! He cleaned all the carpet as we were moving out of a rental in June 2012. The carpets looked brand new! He got all stains out, even ones he said may not come out! Amazing! The new renters contacted me to ask me who I got to clean the carpets because they looked so amazing! I had an appointment at 9 my daughter had a basketball game at 12 he did not get to my house till 11 and was rude and no compensation for being over two hours late never again don't waste your money or time

Excellent! Fast service and our carpets look immaculately white now! They smelled good afterwards as well, unlike with other cleaners who use harsh chemicals.

We had other vendors attempt to clean our carpets over the past several years but have been disappointed with the results, and the stains always resurfaced. We honestly thought our carpets could not be improved.

We found Magic Cleaning on Google places, and contacted them a few weeks ago as a last attempt to have our carpets cleaned. The technician was very thorough and a joy to do business with. He understands how to pull stains out of carpet, that we had assumed would be permanent. He was very flexible and even cleaned our carpets in the early evening so we did not have to adjust our work schedule.

Magic Cleaning did an amazing job of cleaning my dog urine stained carpet. They even came back when some of the older, more persistent stains wicked up and removed those as well. Great customer service and reasonable price. i recommend it! P.S. They are also eco-friendly, which is wonderful!

Magic Cleaning just left our place and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the result. Magic Cleaning crew is a first class professional and did an amazing job. They were very prompt at the estimate apt. and they called when running a bit behind because of traffic.

Dennis was friendly and timely, completing the job more quickly than I expected and with better results. There were a few small lightly discolored spots that remained after cleaning (my carpet is at the end of it's natural life), but before he left he happily pointed them out and explained why those spots wouldn't come out. I like it when a technician knows his craft and good customer service. It was a pleasure to meet someone who really enjoys their work.

The guys at Magic Cleaning did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets at my old apartment before I moved, and their prices can't be beat. For $60, they did a deep cleaning of all the carpeted areas in my 625 square foot apartment, and they also took the time to clean all the baseboards. It was SO much appreciated during the most stressful move of my life!
