Jack Rabbit Self Storage

Great rates - a special on move in, a rental truck on hand, security on site...are just a few reasons why I picked jack rabbit storage over the others. I checked out other options but the fine print listed 'additional charges' that are not advertised. No thanks.

Great move in rate, spacious storage units (and clean), convenient to home and work are just a few good reasons I chose them.

We love the fact that our storage location is right up the street from our new house. We often stop by to pick up needed items and it makes if convenient for us. We couldn't store certain items in our garage because they were too big so this extra space helped. We appreciate the help from their staff and it was very easy to setup our new storage space. Thank you.

Climate control...not needed. I was told by a friend to check out jack rabbit because they had several close locations and I did not need climate control (it's over rated anyways...and costs). I found the service to be very professional, the rates were good, spaces were easy to access and the place was clean. Overall...a very good experience.

I wnet to Public Storage to rent for the $1 special. After being told I would have to be a $22 administrative fee and an $8 insurance policy totaling $31 to move in I ran out the door and went to Jack Rabbit on Lynnhaven Parkway and rented the same size unit for only $26.50. Don't be fooled by Public's low rate. Make sure ask what's the total cost to move in today. Jack Rabbit is a lot cleaner and maintained better than Public Storage. I am so glad I walked out and decided to come here.
