General Auto Maintenance

I needed a bumper for my vehicle and called a couple of places to see how fast it could be done. Unfortunately, I ended up using General Auto Maintenace after the owner, Mr. Lee, quoted me a price. When I got the vehicle back he jacked the price for the difficulty of getting the pumber as he said. I took the vehicle back to the shop because the bumper was loose and making noises on the highway and to my surprise he refused to honor the warrant on his work. He told me that you need a new bumper because you asked me to put the cheap one, which never happened. He is lying to his customer and I don't know how he stays in business. The receipt he gave me shows that the business can not be legit. Please, stay away and save your money.

Had our 1995 BMW Air Conditioner replaced in full here. New BWM parts were used.

dont go anywhere else. Lee is great. always looking to save me money. he was straight up with what my car needed and didnt try to get over on me. i went to a dealership and another mechanic shop before and Lee saved me almost 50% of what i would have paid. got the work done and my car is driving great. There was a small problem when they started to fix my car and there was another part my car neede. Lee called me and told me what was going on. It was more than what we agreed apon but that happens. I needed my car fixed and save some money and Lee did just that. I recommend this shop to my family and friends.
