This cab company sucks they charged me $82 from the airport to suffolk va .A ride which usually cost $55 and they wonder why uber is getting all the business

Andy's Cab Sucks. My cab driver missed the exit where I was supposed to go to my house and had to go all the way back around CHARGING ME MORE MONEY. then passed my house again! Because he was on the walkie talky dispatch radio both times not paying attention. So unprofessional and he even made me pay the whole fare even with his mistake to drive way out of the way and had the nerve to be upset that I didn't tip him and left my bags in the dirt. His cab was #40. I will never drive with them again.

My family and I were flying out the next morning for a family vacation at Disney World. I called Andy's Cab Company the afternoon before we were to leave so that I could schedule pick-up. The gentleman that was serving as their operator informed me that it would be no problem and that I should call 30 minutes before I wanted pick-up the next morning since I was only a few miles from the airport. The next morning I called around 45 minutes before we needed to be picked up only to be told, by a different fellow, that their cabs were busy but they could refer me to another company. It did not matter to them at all that I had called the day before. What did we end up doing? We drove to the airport, parked in long-term parking, and spent double what the cab would have cost. Very poor business practice. I was not impressed; and it was not the way we intended to start our vacation.
