        Double and triple check with this business. I filled out an on-line reservation for a scooter and beach wheel chair over a month ago and then emailed to confirm my reservation a week ago. I had not received a response, so thought I'd just double check and call. Surprise, surprise, Al called me back with NO AVAILABILITY whatsoever. Then he questioned me for not calling sooner. Why have on line availability if your business is not even going to check the emails or on live requests? THEN he asked me why I chose their business?? (WHY??) I answered because I felt their web site was professional looking and the testimonials were outstanding! Which they were, but I guess they only post the good stuff. I am in a HUGE bind because of this company and feel their response to this failure has been less than acceptable. It is easy to get great reviews when things go right, but it is far more telling of your business when you make a mistake and offer ablolutley no service recovery. Renter beware!!! Check, double and TRIPLE check with this company!

        Great Business to rental mobility scooter

        My Aunt and I came from Maryland last week and spent the weekend at the Boardwalk Resorts on 16th and Atlantic. We greeted at our hotel by A.C. from 1st Mobility Scooters. He was very polite and introduced us to our rental scooter. He was very informative with how to work the scooter and my Aunt was very please with it. We would recommend 1st Mobility to anyone who will be vacationing in the Virginia Beach area. Very professional and very clean and new equipment.
