After tireless calls, AAMCO did a great job of comforting and assuring me my truck was in the right hands. I was told 3 weeks to get my truck done (despite the transmission already have been pulled, and diagnosed.) and in the end it took an additional 12 DAYS to finish it. This was with me calling and pushing for the truck to get done.

I picked up the vehicle, and within the first 100 miles, IT STARTS TO SHUDDER AND SLIP AGAIN!!!! Being promised a 18k mile warranty, I immediately called them back and brought the truck in. They reprogrammed, and said its not fixed and they need do the work AGAIN. Mind you, they also will not help you with any rental costs during this timeframe.

I gave AAMCO 3 more weeks following this call to prepare in any sort of way they needed to, whether it be order parts, schedule time, make any necessary arrangements. During this time, I did exactly that, and reserved a 3-week rental, and also went as far as calling them T10 days before dropoff, and let Jamie the heads up and they would have three whole weeks to complete it.

The truck was dropped off as promised, on 12/15 and at that time reminded Jamie of the 3-week window I have to get this done. On Christmas eve, After 8 days of silence--Jamie gives me a call. When i expected to be hearing an update on when possibly it will be ready for pickup, IM INSTEAD TOLD THAT THEY ARE EXTREMELY BEHIND AND IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 3 MORE WEEKS BEFORE THEY CAN EVEN BEGIN TO LOOK AT ANY VEHICLES, INCLUDING MINE!!!!!

I spoke with the regional manager on 12/24/2021 and told him how i felt, how its unacceptable, and how i feel like after paying $6,000 in full for services not finished or rendered, I do not feel like any sort of priority....

Yesterday, 1/6/22, I drove by the shop to find my truck remained exactly where I had parked it back in december I took it upon myself to reach out to them today to ask what the status was, and to date, the REPAIR IS STILL WAITING TO BE STARTED.
