Du Page County Office

Called after receiving a letter stating my license would be revoked. Called and the person handling my case was on vacation. The guy that supposedly was covering for him said he'd have to call back on Monday because he didn't have any information. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he miraculously decided he could probably check my info. I then asked for his name and he hung up. This is terrible. I will continue my complaint in person at their office.

The workers here are very rude and it's a shame that your service will vary depending on who decides to help you out. It shouldn't be like that, especially at such an important building where lots and lots of people have to go.

Interview time 1pm it is now 430pm....all mailboxes full & operate just disconnects you! They didn't even put my case worker or the phone # on my paperwork! How convenient for the state! & how crappy for those of us that need help!

How many people are the government paying to NOT answer a phone?! Times are hard enough!

THIS OFFICE TOTALLY SUCKS!!! ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES HAVE ATTITUDES. THEY ALL LIE TO YOU. AND THEY REALLY DONT CARE. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GOING ON LUNCH BREAKS AND FLIRTING WITH EACH OTHER. AND PLEASE DONT EVEN BOTHER CALLING BECAUSE THEY WONT PICK UP. THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE A PLACE TO HELP YOU BUT INSTEAD THEY TRY TO TURN YOU AWAY! WHAT A SHAME. SOMEONE NEEDS PRETEND TO BE A CLIENT AND GO IN THERE AND REALLY SEE WHAT THESE WORKERS ARE ABOUT.
