We boarded our dog there a few times. The final straw was when she became so upset and stuck her collar. She broke it loose on her own, but could have strangled to death. They were not even aware this was going on. She smelled of urine. Their only solution was to give me a new collar. Not even an apology.

Clinic came highly rated but they were unable toi make an accurate diagnosis and the dog died as a result. I had a necropsy done in hindsight and he died of cancer. To make matters worse Dr. Debbie said she might have overdosed him on muscle relaxers--that is a nono for a sighthound-.he never walked again after our visit-- She never touched him in the exam room. Their emergency numbers didnt work either. Run dont walk away from this one!

We were from out of town and had to bring my 14 yr old Aust Shepherd in for an emergency visit and we ended up having to put her down :( . I tried calling several vets in the area but this was the only clinic that actually answered their 24 hour emergency call line. Dr. Duncan and her staff were so helpful, nice & comforting they were absolutely WONDERFUL! The office and even the outside barns, etc. were very clean and no offending odors either. If I ever need a vet while in the area again this is where I will be going.

We had a terrible experience here.It started with adopting 2 dogs from shelter and paying the fee to have them sp & nud. 1 turned out fine, but the other has cost us more money to repair what the clinic said the dog did. We were never even talked to by this vet about what was wrong until they had kept him a week and required payment. This for adopting 2 wonderful dogs. Much more to say, but the idea has been relayed.
