Rancho Motors is in Victorville and family owned and demonstrates great pride in customer service and satisfaction.

I found Rancho Motors through the Chevy website and called them to see if they still had the car I was looking for in stock. From that moment I was treated like a VIP customer and was introduced to Inga my Sales Consultant and Jack in financing. I told them that I would be honest and open with what I was looking for and they truly delivered. Not only did they get me the best deal, but they work with me on holding my vehicle until I came back from my business trip thanks to Sean.

I am now a proud owner of a 2018 Corvette Grand Sport and the smile on my face is wider than the front grill.

My girlfriend and I recently purchased a 2016 Silverado 1500 from Rancho Motor Company and our experience was fantastic. The dealership's GSM, Jason, helped us when we walked in to the dealership. Jason asked us what we were looking for then walked us out and introduced us to our salesman, Daniel Crowley. Daniel went above and beyond in helping us find the truck we were looking for. He asked us which options we wanted, which ones were must-haves and which ones we could live without. He was very knowledgeable about the Silverado. Before the test drive, he went over some of the finer points and details.

After our test drive Daniel and Jason guided us through the financing options and the part of the sale that is typically the least-enjoyable was made very easy. We got exactly the deal we were hoping for and the perfect truck.

Daniel's attentiveness really shows the care this dealership gives to its customers. I'm sure we will do business with Rancho Motor Company again in the future!

I have had several oil changes on my 2002 Chevy Tahoe. I recently traded My Tahoe in for a 2015 Traverse. I just had my first service on my Traverse and it went well, except for the new policy of NOT providing an exterior wash after your service. It was explained to me that the State of California doesn't allow Rancho Motors to wash vehicles anymore due to the drought. Perhaps Rancho Motors should invest in a water recycling program or provide their customers with a complimentary wash at a local car wash.

Fantastic experience working with Cameron at Rancho Motors, made a internet inquiry and 3 days later was driving off in my 2015 Camaro. Easiest car purchase ever. Thank you Cameron and thank you Rancho Motors!!

My service rep, Joann is the reason I continue to go to Rancho for service. She takes away any fear I have of being "ripped off" as they say, by dealerships. I am a type A personality and need details. She answers all my questions without making me feel talked down to. As a woman that is a big plus! Her being the front man gives me the confidence to trust the service men as well. First impressions are very important and Im hear to tell you that anyone Joann has taken care of is CERTAIN to return.

Service is terrible. I'm a younger guy so when I went in to look at vehicles a while back they never took me serious. They would not negotiate on price at all and expected me to pay sticker + tax so I left. Fast forward and I bought a car elsewhere and saved at least 5-10 grand. Well now I want some work done they are the closeat dealer so I dropped my car off and over the course of 4 days they ran into one problem stopped, out of the 4 tasks I wanted done and stopped. All in all they didn't spend more than 15 minutes on my car and wanted to charge me $220 for the "technicians time" even though my car was not worked on.
