California Department of Motor Vehicles - DMV

This DMV is by farthest the worst DMV ever. I made appointment through phone and personally talked to one of the DMV employees I ale the appointment. So I went to the DMV on the day of my appointment and the receptionist tells me I don't have an appointment. So I had to wait 2 plus hours at DMV to submit just one paper to put in my records.
Another bad thing is all the appointments are printed out on a paper instead of having EVERYHTING on the computer. In today's technology world they need to upgrade themselves. If the paper says I don't have an appointment it could be an error but the computer won't lie. The lines at the DMV are so long that there is waiting for more than a hour everyday. finally you come to the receptionist after a hours of standing in line and then they give us a a number and for them to call our number it takes almost 2 hours. So a visit at a DMV is longer then a movie. Everytime a horrible experience. They seriously new to upgrade themselves and do something where people don't wait 3 hours before they get called.
