If I could submit without a star I would. They are Scandals. I'm guessing great for an owner of a house, but if they treated the tenants with more respect I'm sure they would keep tenants longer.



My store consists of lying inspectors, crazy harassing office staff and them being sneaky when we are not home.



I installed camera's on the exterior of the rental house due to the fact a neighbor stated I had someone looking in my windows. Come to find out, it's the property management company.



Be careful mopping, they will attempt to threaten you with water damage.



Watch dog sitting if friends or family ask you too, they will attempt to get you for having them the entire time you lived there.



Pay attention to laws, if you are savvy of the laws the pertain to rental properties, read about and become knowledgeable, they will attempt to come in when they please without notice, or just show up at your door step requesting to enter. There is suppose to be 24 hour notice minimum.



I will never rent or recommend Bluestar to anyone. Not even a homeless person.

I am SO frustrated with this place! Every time I tried to place any maintenance requests, they were cancelled and not dealt with. The only one who was never rude was the leasing agent, Ann, when we first came across Bluestar and wanted to go see a property they had for rent. We lived in a townhome for over a year and a half and they are being RIDICULOUS when it comes to the deposit! No one answers the phone, no one gets back to you etc. Our deposit was $900 and they gave an estimate over the phone (the one time we could get them on the phone!!!) of probably $150 back, if that. Yet when the guy they send out to do a pre-inspection said it wasn't bad, just needed carpet cleaned and fresh paint and a step re-carpeted at the very bottom step of the stairs. How is that $750 worth???? We are extremely unhappy and would NEVER rent through them again (actually, we just bought a house!). They are ridiculous and petty about EVERYTHING. The guy that came out to inspect our place was SO RUDE, it was horrible! He came to the door...rang the door, I answer and he just stands there, doesn't even say a word. I open up the door all the way and tell him to come on in and he walks in and again just kind of...stands there. Doesn't introduce himself, no nothing. How rude is that!? And he had the nerve to tell me that we needed to weed in the back yard, for one. No joke...there were MAYBE 3 little weeds, maybe standing an inch tall. That's how ridiculous they are right there. Of course, I made sure even those were cleaned up 100%. I'm sick and tired of this with them. What kind of property management company runs their business like this? The review I had read from another person hit it right on the head....they are CROOKS!!! Like trying to charge you for things that were NEVER there in the first place! NEVER RENT THROUGH BLUESTAR!!!!

If i were any kind of friend at all, I wouldn't refer them to anyone at all, including my enemies. i have rented the same property through them for 3 years. The house was in ok condition upon move in, but absolutely needed much TLC. The carpet was worn looking and had no padding underneath on a wood floor. I put new linoleum in the kitchen, painted the house, and did nothing but upgrade and never asked for any of the money to be reimbursed. I moved out the end of February of this year, and they said owner is keeping my deposit of $1700.00 + i owe 973.00. for damages and repairs. LOL. Good luck!!!!!!! I have receipts and pics of every dime i've spent and every upgrade. Needless to say they will be seeing me in court real soon. Read the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU on them. Same story over and over. They are crooks, and should be out of business, and i will do everything in my power (within the law) to make sure every one is highly aware of them.

I lived here for almost 1 year and i had to move because of a work injury and I was not receiving any financial assistance. I was 1 week away from the 1 year mark to be able to get a discount on the carpet cleaning but they decided to only give me the discount for 6 months only. On top of that they charged me for filling holes in the wall and cleaning (example the windows) and light bulb replacement when i had asked them for 4 months to replace it yet they charged me. I gave a $1500 security deposit and the took off almost $1000. Yet they blamed the owners, I had people come and clean everything including the carpet so when they saw if i would get the majority of my deposit back. The owner had 3 apartments rented out of 8 and she wanted me to help her out from my deposit. If you move here be prepared for the consequences, They don't fix things in a timely manner either. I was warned about there time for fixing things and for them taking peoples deposit but I didn't listen and I wish I would have. Now I had to resubmit this because it was deleted,
