Twin Fountains Medical Clinic - Urgent Care

Dr. Lewis and her staff went over and above for my daughter and I. By far the best experience I have ever had at any office before. I will recommend this facility to anyone.

I should have plenty of time to write a 100 character review. A 3 hour wait is really excessive. My regular doctor is closed on Saturdays - this is not a very good way to get repeat business

The attending P.A. or Dr. was extremely rude and insulting. He insinuated that what I told him was a lie. I had to prove the truth and he still skirted around it as if I was lying. His staff made a mistake and he tried to cover it by blaming the patient. I have never experienced anything quite as degrading as this visit. I don't know his name but I do know he practices at both Urgent care and Twin Fountains on Sam Houston. Obviously something not going right in his home life so he brings his anger to work. Regardless of all the great visits others have had, it just takes one bad one to ruin your health.

MY HUSBAND WAS AWAY AT WORK, FOUND THIS PLACE ONLINE, READ THE REVIEW BEFORE ME AND IT WAS BAD,,,,,MY HUSBAND LOVED THE DR. SAID HE WAS VERY THUROUGH AND VERY CONSERNED. I JUST WANT TO SAY THANKS TO THE DR THAT TOOK CARE OF HIM. MY HUSBAND IS VERY PICKY AND HE SAID THEY WERE ALL VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL!

Rude staff! Rude nurse practitioner who doesn't have any compassion & does not want to give you options for care & will literally tell you she can't help you if you don't do what she wantrs
