        Great service - Joan is very helpful

        My fiancé was having problems because of a student loan payment for $450 that was taken out unexpectedly. Joan offered a polite, easy-to-understand procedure we would need to go through to straighten out our problem. Great service at the Victor, New York branch of M & T.
