I reached for the yellow pages to secure a ride for a client here in Vero Beach and made the mistake of calling Klub Kar. We waited close to an hour for a ride and when the van came it was a sight. The van was ready to be retired. The door was difficult to open, there was no air conditioning available on a 90 degree plus day. The driver was heavily tatooed and was just putting out a cigarette. The smell permeated the already stale, hot, humid interior of the van. The whole experience was a embarrassment to myself and my poor client. Needless to say we will not be calling for a cab anytime soon but rather drive ourselves or rent a car.

I called in and talked with paul, nice guy. I know sometimes it busy and it did take a little bit to get me a driver but that's ok id rather wait a little bit for the extra value than have some punk kid drive me around listening to terrible music. Robert was an excellent driver. This is a great service.

Mike was excellent when i called in and he got me setup right away on a ride with nick who was awesome. This service is wonderful, nick even helped me into and out of the van and to the stairs of my building. A wonderful guy

My husband took klub car home yesterday and it waS raining outside and he had just come from the supermarket and didn't want to get wet and wait for a,bus to come to pick him up so he called klub car and my husband told me the guy who picked him up was so rude and not pleasant at all and won't help my husband with the packages when he got home
Other times we both took klub car and the other drivers we had where more friendly and helpful to us when they brought us home but not this guy my husband had yesterday he had a attitude how rude is that

Takes forever to get to you make frequent stips to get other passengers mostly who are drunk vehicles are old and dated no ac UBER will wipe them out when it touches down in Vero beach

I have such a great experience with my driver Chris I haven't had such a kind and courtesy driver I will always use the of the them thank you

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE unless you are a drunk or if you don't mind being treated with no respect for your time. I was picked up at Tires Plus to go to my office 8 miles away. After I was picked up the driver stopped at the liquor store that was on the way to my office. There she picked up a passenger laden with booze going in the opposite direction. The f this was not bad enough he had no money and the driver seemed to know this because she asked him if he needed to go to an ATM which he did, we drove a short distance towards my office and stopped so the 2nd passenger could get money to pay for his ride. While waiting for him to go to the ATM I asked the driver to get me to my office before taking the booze Hound where ever he was going as I had to work and it was obvious what his plans were. Well as John was obviously a regular and I was only a local business owner needing to get to work I was told no I would be driven 6 miles in the opposite direction so they could drop off John and his booze then double back to my office so I could work. What should have been a pleasant 10 minute ride turned into a 45 minute activation. If you are a drunk and have no responsibility this is the company for you. If you are a respectable working person or like myself a business owner DO NOT CALL KLUB KAR I would sooner walk than ever call this joke of a transportation company again.

These people need to screen their drivers first. When we got in the car the driver told us that we were not the priority because his friend needed a ride. His friend proceeded to eye down my girlfriend and made a few unclean remarks to say the least. He made her feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable and all the driver did was laugh along. Do not take this cab unless you want to feel unsafe especially as a woman. STAY AWAY.

This was my first time using a taxi service, it was also my last. Paid $10 to go about 15 mins , which was fine. But they only accept cash. When we arrived to my home and I couldn't give him cash because i only have a card, he got an attitude and told me it was "going to cost me" I had him take my 4 BLOCKS from my house, and back ask was charged another $20. So all together I paid $30 for a maybe 20 minute ride. The driver also seemed out of it and he was very rude. I would not recommend Klub Kar to anyone.

Just saw a Klub Kar driving down a residential street of 25mph going at least 45 and still accelerating, gunning the engine. :( I would never ride with them.

Always had good professional service drivers and pick-up times. Very good if you're out partying and want to avoid trouble. Have used them 1/2 dozen or more times too. Just have to gove them proper notice, its not like a NY cab

just picked up my daughter from work tonight and was at a red light at 8th and old dixie heading west when a van was flashing their high beams at me. I believe the driver thought I had my high beams on, so I I flashed mine back. When the light turned green I continued foward and a crazy looking man was hanging out his window screaming at me. If your drivers can't see well enough at night to drive they should not drive at night. My teenage daughter should not have to hear rants of ignorance from any individuals on the road, and I hope he did not have passengers in the van listening to him either. Vulgar language is not tolerated in my family and while I'm with my family is not tolerated at all around me. If your company is professional please at professional. This happened on april 3 at 9:57pm in vero beach

My friends and needed a ride and called Klub Kar. It took them am hour to get there and when he did there was other people in the car. Also, the guy who drove us didn't seem like he was all there, he even took a left turn on a red light. Even the mini van itself looked like it was about to fall apart. It took him 30 minutes to get us 6 miles away. It costed $20 (not sure of that's good or not). The whole experience was sketchy and was not at all professional.

they told me 15 minutes showed up 1 hour later with other people in the car. i had to ride around for 30 minutes to go 5 miles. i was in taxi hell

Took over an hour for them to get to my location and when I called to ask where they were they talked to me like I was being annoying for calling them
